ACCOUNT QUERIES


You can register by clicking on the "My Account as Customer" link at the top right corner of the homepage on the desktop and the bottom right corner on mobile. Please provide the information in the form that appears.


No. Registration on jogacy.com is absolutely free.


You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart.


Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your Jogacy Account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.


Each email address can be associated with one jogacy account only.


Yes, we do understand the importance of time and the toil involved in shopping for organic groceries. Up to three members in a family can have the same address provided the email address associated with the accounts are unique.


Yes, you can place orders from multiple cities in India.





SHIPPING QUERIES


All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your order tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website or order tracking page.


  • Order processing/delivery: Goods are usually sent by courier service within 3 to 7 working days to the delivery address mentioned on the order.
  • In case there is likely to be any delay in dispatch you will be informed in advance. Custom-made items may take longer.
  • Delivery charges: Delivery charges will be charged depending on the weight and size of your order. Once you check out before payment you will see the costs.


Dispatch most orders within 3 to 5 days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). You can track your order by clicking on the Track your order tab on the footer menu and with the help of the order tracking number, you can find the exact status of your order.





ORDER QUERIES


  • You can make changes to the content of your order at any point before placing your order.
  • Once you have confirmed your order and made the payment, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to the content.
  • If you have selected the incorrect products, please review our return procedure.
  • Once the order has been completed, there is a limited opportunity to cancel the order with us. If you wish to do this, please mail us at support@jogacy.com.
  • Please note that at this time we will be unable to guarantee successful cancellation of the order and advise that you check your order carefully before you confirm.

  • If the order or the product that you want has not yet been shipped, you can write to our customer support at support@jogacy.com or call us at +91 91500 27601 (Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 9 pm) to cancel your order.
  • In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 3 - 7 days after the cancellation request is processed.
  • Please note that once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse, your order cannot be canceled.

Jogacy is not responsible for damage after delivery. For any complaints with regards to your order please contact customer care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.


We keep our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy under review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. Any changes we make to this Policy in the future will be posted on this page. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. You are required to review the Policy regularly to keep yourself abreast of the changes, if any.





PAYMENT QUERIES


  • You can pay for purchases using the following type of payment:
  • Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay)
  • UPI, wallets, and net banking,
  • Cash on Delivery

The COD facility is available for India orders only. When you are entering your payment details at the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.


Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, Cash On Delivery is not yet available for all pin codes in India.





OTHER QUERIES


No, we are a purely internet based company and do not have any brick and mortar stores.


There is a link called "Offers Banner" on the top banner of our website. All products with any discount or promotions are listed under this section.
