Return Policy

Return Shipping:

For returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery, JOGACY will bear the return shipping cost.

For any other return reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

We will process the refund only after receiving confirmation from the seller regarding the returned product's condition and packaging.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, partial refunds may be applicable if the returned product is not in its original condition, used, or missing parts.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as perishable products, fresh juices, organic seeds, planting materials, cosmetics, food samples, and sale & clearance items, are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Returns:

JOGACY is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit. Please ensure secure packaging and reliable shipping methods when returning the product.

Cancellation Policy

The User can cancel the order at any time before the order confirmation, within 24 hours to 48 hours of placing the order, and Cancellations requested after this timeframe may not be possible as your order may have already been processed and shipped.

Final Decision:

JOGACY reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds, based on the inspection and evaluation of the returned product.
