Access to Jogacy.com  is exclusively granted to individuals who possess the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor, which refers to being under the age of 18 years, your utilization of the Jogacy Marketplace is permissible solely under the guidance and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We Grants you a limited sub-license to access and use this site for personal purposes. You may not download, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without express written consent. This license excludes resale, derivative use, data mining, or framing proprietary information without written permission. Unauthorized use terminates the granted permission.

9. Return and Refund Policy   

At JOGACY, we want our customers to have complete satisfaction with their purchases. We understand that there might be cases where you may want to return a product or seek a refund. Here is our refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process:

• Return Eligibility: We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description on our website.To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Initiating a Return: If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team at support@jogacy.com within the specified return period, mentioning your order reference number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and shipping details.
• Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before processing the refund.
• Return Shipping: For returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery, JOGACY will bear the return shipping cost. For any other return reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be applicable if the returned product is not in its original condition, used, or missing parts.
• Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as perishable products, fresh juices, organic seeds, planting materials, cosmetics, food samples, and sale & clearance items, are non-refundable.
• Lost or Damaged Returns: JOGACY is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit. Please ensure secure packaging and reliable shipping methods when returning the product.
• Refund Status: If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact us at support@jogacy.com for assistance.

10. Cancellation Policy

The User can cancel the order at any time before the delivery of the products, within 24 hours to 48 hours of placing the order, and Cancellations requested after this timeframe may not be possible as your order may have already been processed and shipped.

11. Shipping Policy

At JOGACY, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all their orders. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Delivery Locations: We currently deliver across India, including all metros and major non-metro cities.

Logistics Partner:

We have partnered with a reliable logistics company that ensures prompt and secure delivery of all products to our customers.

Shipping Time: Lead Time: Since most of our products are made to order, the vendors decide on the lead time required for each item. This lead time is clearly indicated alongside each product and will be reflected on the checkout page. Typically, the lead time is 5-7 working days.

Delivery Window: Our logistics partner receives a notification once the vendor has your product ready for dispatch. They will pick up the product from the vendor and deliver it to you between 8.30 am to 9.30 pm on all business days from Monday to Saturday.

Shipping Days: We process and ship orders on all days, including Mondays to Saturdays and public holidays. 

Damaged or Tampered Packaging: If you receive a product with tampered or damaged packaging at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@jogacy.com. Kindly mention your order reference number and provide a picture of the tampered package. We will initiate a replacement delivery at the earliest.

Delayed Shipments: In the unlikely event of a shipment delay, please reach out to us at support@jogacy.com, providing your order number. We will investigate the matter and keep you informed about the status and estimated delivery time.

Lost or Misplaced Shipments: If your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we will take the following actions:

1. If the same products are still in stock, we will resend the order to you.
2. Alternatively, we can issue a credit note for the order value to be used for future purchases.
3. If preferred, we can reimburse the full amount to you.

In such cases, we may require you to confirm in writing that you have not received the product. Please note that JOGACY's decision in this regard shall be final and binding, and no further claims will be entertained.

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely deliveries and reliable service, certain circumstances beyond our control may affect shipping timelines. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and assure you of our best efforts to resolve any shipping-related issues promptly.

12. Indemnity or Indemnification:

The User commits to defending, indemnifying, and safeguarding the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives, shareholders, vendors, users, etc. ("Indemnified Parties"). This includes covering all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, or any other incurred losses. This responsibility extends to claims, suits, actions, or other legal proceedings brought against the Indemnified Parties.

Jogacy is not involved in these claims and cannot be held accountable.
