Shipping Policy


At JOGACY, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all their orders. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Delivery Locations:

We currently deliver across India, including all metros and major non-metro cities.

Logistics Partner:

We have partnered with a reliable logistics company that ensures prompt and secure delivery of all products to our customers.

Shipping Time:

Lead Time: Since most of our products are made to order, the vendors decide on the lead time required for each item. This lead time is clearly indicated alongside each product and will be reflected on the checkout page. Typically, the lead time is 5-7 working days.

Delivery Window: Our logistics partner receives a notification once the vendor has your product ready for dispatch. They will pick up the product from the vendor and deliver it to you between 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on all business days from Monday to Sunday.

Shipping Days: We process and ship orders on all days, including Monday to Sunday and public holidays. 

Damaged or Tampered Packaging:

If you receive a product with tampered or damaged packaging at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@jogacy.com. Kindly mention your order reference number and provide a picture of the tampered package. We will initiate a replacement delivery at the earliest.

Delayed Shipments:

In the unlikely event of a shipment delay, please reach out to us at support@jogacy.com, providing your order number. We will investigate the matter and keep you informed about the status and estimated delivery time.

Lost or Misplaced Shipments:

If your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we will take the following actions:

  • If the same products are still in stock, we will resend the order to you.

  • Alternatively, we can issue a credit note for the order value to be used for future purchases.

  • If preferred, we can reimburse the full amount to you.

In such cases, we may require you to confirm in writing that you have not received the product. Please note that JOGACY's decision in this regard shall be final and binding, and no further claims will be entertained.

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely deliveries and reliable service, certain circumstances beyond our control may affect shipping timelines. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and assure you of our best efforts to resolve any shipping-related issues promptly.
